Return Process

  Carefully pack the solar panels, inverters, or batteries in their original protective packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware and warranty cards are included.

  Quality Inspection

  Our technical team will perform a detailed diagnostic check on the returned electronics to verify the reported issue and ensure no external damage has occurred.

  Resolution Processing
