Most of our solar panels come with a 25-year performance warranty, while inverters typically include a 5 to 10-year manufacturer warranty depending on the brand.
How long does the shipping and installation process take?
Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Once the products arrive, our certified technicians usually complete the installation within 48 to 72 hours.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for high-value solar kits?
To ensure secure transactions for high-value electronics, we accept all major credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. COD is available only for small accessories and components.
What is your return policy for electronic components?
We offer a 10-day replacement policy for manufacturing defects. Please ensure the original packaging and technical seals are intact for a smooth return process.
Are the products eligible for government solar subsidies?
Yes, many of our MNRE-approved solar modules qualify for central and state subsidies. Our team assists with the necessary documentation during the purchase.
